I sleep around 2:30 am because i have to wait for my husband to come from work, I cant sleep before that, i have 2 kids one of them goes to school, I wake up with my husband 7 am and then wake up my son for school at 8 Ithen go back to sleep but my other son wakes up weni am about to pass out and i do breakfast for him and then i take my comforter and go to te livingroom and sleep on the couch while my son watches tv, about from 10 till 1 pm but i am aware of whats happening around me and i always getting up and changing the tv channels for him but the problem is I cant get up I feel like something is holding down, I cant get up, is it because I stopped drinking coffee. Your a good mom and a good wife. But you have to stop waiting up for your husband. You need a constant nonstop sleep during the night. Sleep is very important for a number of reasons.
