When given a quilt?

I think it is a quilt in America … Did you know … that adults have them …. reads like a quilt. My baby is 18 months … cold at night, in all his sleeping bag and mattress doesn ow; really help … cold at night in the UK. Ihave a bed with pure silk filling quilt .. what looks good for small people, as it breathes well … It is too early to use it? Is it too small?
