When given a quilt?

I think it is a quilt in America ... Did you know ... that adults have them .... reads like a quilt. My baby is 18 months ... cold at night, in all his sleeping bag and mattress doesn ow; really help ... cold at night in the UK. Ihave a bed with pure silk filling quilt .. what looks good for small people, as it breathes well ... It is too early to use it? Is it too small? I think it would good instincts and I think its fine cotton, while a frog and Sleeping bag not it be nice and warm ... What do you think?
