Should I buy this duvet and sham set?

Do not overdo it with blue. I think you should choose a contrasting color of some sort. If you are wild, perhaps a bright yellow. If Matchy want to see more, you can go with a dark blue. You will not be able to match the exact color and just look stupid and inconsistent.
