Do you think a queen comforter set will probably fit in a bed full of business, w / one-top mattress?

A quilt that I really was released only. The only problem is that society is not a size comforter, and my bed is full size. Nearest their reigns. Do you think it would be very good in large pillow top mattress,? Thanks!
