Recently, I just bought a white goose down comforter with 750 Fill Power 500 inch and son. When I received the product, the label on the quilt, said: "100% natural fibers" and "75% of the minimum requirements by law." Does this mean that really received a "Down-Alternative Comforter, rather than the real thing ????? When I saw the word "fiber" I panicked, can someone clarify??

The surface of your quilt is 100% natural fibers, probably cotton. The filling is at least 75% down. It can be 100% but less than 75%. I want to shout "at least", but do not know how to italicize or underline here.
