best type of bedding to avoid dust mites? Cotton? wool? bite?

I recently discovered that I could have mites dust. I just bought a new quilt that I have not slept at the moment but I wonder if it will be more harmful then maybe a blanket or quilt. I wonder what kind of Fabric is the best. I really do not want to aggravate this problem? I just bought all the mattress covers and pillow protectors.thanks

No difference. Placement a duvet cover on the quilt and so can be washed more frequently. must be vacuumed daily. Changing the bag and get rid of this problem
