Why is my bed itching??

I am so clean I can clean under my bed with vacum and wash the dust and every day my comforter leaves AMD Cuz every week me and my allergies matterss is 3 years old, he is clean too, but regardless of what I'm itching when I'm in bed, he I feel like Bed bugs are small but doent oh and my sheets are white might be something I can not see it and if you like make this go away.
